Welcome to Bloom Build Studio! We’re proud to create beautiful, customized items just for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
🌸 Custom Products
All personalized items — including hoodies, t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, decals, invites, and gift baskets — are made to order and final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on custom products unless:

The product arrives damaged or defective

There is an error in customization that does not match your order
If there’s an issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at bloombuildstudio@gmail.com with:

🛍️ Non-Custom Items
Customised products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original unused condition.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if eligible), we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
